Our Story
El Viejo Fer isn't a concept. It's a place — right here in Perry — where the recipes came from a family that refused to compromise on flavor, and the door is always open to anyone who walks in hungry.
We start every morning with fresh ingredients and a lot of prep work that you won't see on the menu. Our marinades sit for 24 hours. Our tortillas are pressed by hand. Our salsas are made in small batches so they stay bright and hot.
The bar side is just as intentional — every cocktail is shaken to order, every beer is pulled at the right temperature, and the playlist is always something worth staying for.
